"Building a CrossCulture Community in Asia"

We are excited to ask for your help in three ways; PRAY, GIVE and also CONNECT us to people who you know. As you pray for us during this transition and pray that we stay faithful to God and transparent to people. God wants all of us to do the best that we can with the resources that we have, but at the same time, we must leave the outcomes up to Him.

CrossCulture "Community" is raising money to lease a flexible facility to be used for multiple purposes. (i.e. small events, occassional guest housing and a work area for projects) 

Similar to a donation that is like an endowment, in Korea there is a "key money," that is a deposit of money that is paid when you sign the lease, but it is fully returned to the leaser at the end of the contract. There is additional expenses like rent and utilities that must be paid each month throughout the year.

Business Plan for this project in 2023 ($58K or 72,500,000 won)
"Key Money" deposit - $44,000 or 55 million won ($44K=1,250 won to 1$)
Monthly Rent/Utilities - $750 or 937K won (12 months=$9K or 11,250,000 won)
Furniture/Equipment - $5,000 or 6,250K (used and new)

This project is to raise money for traveling throughout the year. Since 1998, foreigners visiting, working and studying in Korea have become part of the CrossCulture Community, but they have moved on to other countries. Bill has the opportunities to visit people to encourage them as God is using them in specific places and ways. Some countries have restrictions so we ask you to give and pray for these opportunities.
