CrossCulture "Community" is raising money to lease a flexible facility to be used for multiple purposes. (i.e. small events, occassional guest housing and a work area for projects)
Similar to a donation that is like an endowment, in Korea there is a "key money," that is a deposit of money that is paid when you sign the lease, but it is fully returned to the leaser at the end of the contract. There is additional expenses like rent and utilities that must be paid each month throughout the year.
